Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub is an American comedian, actor, and activist. Her birthplace was in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents and began her acting career as a young person soon after her move to the United States. In AT&T commercials, she played the role of Lily Adams (saleswoman) from 2013 through 2016 and 2020. Her commercial appearances were not her only activity she was involved in. She was also a part of the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015). Additionally, she was a series regular on Yahoo! Vayntrub was also part of the cast as Squirrelgirl for Marvel Rising in 2018 following her casting in the pilot television series called New Warriors. Vayntrub is a Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) native, and also an American Jew. Her parents and she left antisemitism at the age of two. They moved to West Hollywood. At the age of five she started appearing in Mattel Barbie commercials. This was partly due to financial struggles in her family. Vayntrub attended Beverly Hills High School briefly, but she was kicked out of the school after her sophomore year. She then obtained an GED, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication at University of California, San Diego. With the Upright Citizens Brigade she studied Improv comedy.
